Come out to give South Austin Park and adjoining West Bouldin Creek some love! We'll take a nice stroll around the park for a general park clean up and then head down into W. Bouldin Creek, which has active springs and limestone outcroppings, next to the S. Austin Rec Center playing fields. Accessible for young and old, well behaved dogs, and kiddos. Tools, coffee, and snacks provided, but bring your favorite work gloves if you have them + water bottle. We'll have some gloves on loan for you to use, but you may be more comfortable in your own if you have them. Restrooms and water conveniently available inside the Rec Center or Tennis Center, and plenty of parking along Cumberland Rd.

This event was part of Austin Parks Foundation's Spring It's My Park Day, and is lead by Kathryn Kawazoe (Parks Representative from GENA, who has adopted the park). [GivePulse event page]
